Found each side at 59 deg..machine not running. Rapped on boards . Machine started but no heat on condensor. Installed valve on low side. Some pressure in system. Machine has an uncoated ff evap. Ran diag, step 4.. pressure low.. will need new ff evap. In step 4-4 and 4-5 can hear valve rotate but it is not opening to either evap. When in home position, pressure does not equalize. Will also need 3 way valve and both boards. Also, drain pan under ff evap rotted out.
