Washer still moves excessively with tech balancing load. Washer has had control and suspension replaced recently. Original unbalanced condition and washer coming off pedestal affected the overall condition of the washer, and side of washer has dent (see pictures). Cust showed pop, sent pic. CC that the dispenser empties after 2 loads when full. Ran diag no codes. Checked the dispenser motor, 1563ohms. Ran test 3 dispenser found 1 position. Found the dispenser at 3x and normal water. Set it at 6x and soft water. Ran CO test again for C3, good. Advised cust to run a load and see if the minimum comes out. Optest ok; Job Cmpltd
