Customers complaint is that the unit is not operating correctly (the water levels are not reaching the correct levels) customer states she has to add buckets of water to fulfill the water level. Customer called a management whirlpool rep Named Michael Alfaro with the tech in the home. Tech spoke to rep and advised there was no diagnoses yet. Rep advised tech to call back when unit has been diagnosed. Checked the unit errors and found a F5E2 lid lock fault, F7E1 basket speed sensor fault, and F7E7 motor unable to reach target rpm. Tested the lid lock and found faulty tech also used step 9 in diagnostics and found no response from the tachometer. Unit will need a new lid lock and actuator. Tested unit in a bulky cycle and found to begin filling then stop and the sensing light flashed. Unit will also needs a main control. Spoke to Michael and advised all parts needed.
