Found that thermistor tested ok. But defrost mode was set to automatic defrost. This can cause extensive frost to build up if the frost has not had an appropriate amount of time to defrost. Tested blower motor. Blower is working normally. This unit has a separate fan that runs when micro is on. CC that when doing sensor cooking she sometimes gets a high humidity warning on display. Called whirl TL, Joel, 7721054691. He said that message is not an error, but advises customer that humidity is too high at the moment to do sensor cooking. He advises running blower fan and then try again in a little while, or use timed. Ran diag and checked humidity sensor and ntc sensor. Values were within specs. TL said unit operating as designed. Cc that ice machine was not dispensing, took apart ice dispenser defrosted it with steamer it was frozen to door. Took front facia for ice/ water dispenser, removed dispenser board and found stepper motor to be out of alignment, causing warm air to blow back up into ice container making it defrost then freeze into big chunks.... placed stepper motor back in ice dispenser working ok....Cc that water was coming out and then stopping. Called TL, Tebor... said to ohm wires from bottom of door to dispenser board, no wire shortages.. said to replace dispenser board. Called and ordered part from Automatic Appliance they had the last one in the country.. Ordered part bc office was closed and last one in the country..
