CC that the unit is not doing anything. When turning on the unit the drain pump is running and the door is locked. Found the drain hose did not have an air gap, removed the cap to the drain pump. Removed the cover unlocked the unit. Ran diag f8e1 NO WATER DETECTED ENTERING WASHER OR WATER LEVEL SENSOR TRIP NOT DETECTED,f8e3 OVERFLOW CONDITION. Cleared codes. Unit started on a normal load then a drain and spin. Optest ok. ; Job Cmpltd
