May have been causing door to stay open. Contacted customer to inform them that I could find nothing wrong. Complaint that the indicators on the knobs is wearing off. Advised the customer that the unit will still work but they insisted that the knobs be replaced. Advised the customer that the warranty company may not cover repair looked up knobs to quote for repair and found they are NLA.
