Replaced the control. Brought core back for return. Ran a calibration. Ran a normal load filled fine. Ran a hand wash load overfilled. Ran another calibration. Ran a normal and a hand wash filled half way up the fabric softener cup. Called t/l TJ file #7721743752 to check the pressure hose to see if there is anything blocking the hose from the tub. Advised me that is normal to fill the washer half way up to the fabric softener cup. Removed the tub found soap residue and lint inside the pressure hose on the tub. Cleaned it out. Ran a normal load, filled. Advised cust to use 1-2 tablespoons of he detergent. Optest ok. ; Job Cmpltd

Customer complaint washer not draining well, found drain tube installed into a standing pipe that is under 39” and too far from the unit not tied to pipe as illustrated in installation instructions, ran diagnostics found f9e1 long drain, f0e3 over load, f0e5 off balance load, f9e2 pump drive system problem, removed basket, found a sock caught at drain inlet from tub, removed sock and fuzz build up from pump inlet line, filled unit, drain pump still draining slow, snaked out drain line from pump to exit at wall, pump failing, replaced drain pump, zip tied drain tube to standing pipe with zip tie supplied with drain tube, op test good; used 1 W10876600 (PUMP-WATER) from stock, Job Cmpltd
