Ran unit with no load no soap and with door skin off. No suds. Added dishwasher tab and ran unit. Unit did suds but did not over suds. After a while of running Unit appeared to be spraying directly at door. Ran service mode and pin pointed when this is happening. This is happening when the DIVERTER changes from upper to the lower. Sprayer is able to make contact with heater clips. Lowered clips. Reset control as the previously failed wash motor caused the control to disable the heater. Ran normal wash again. Contacted Whirlpool tech line. They transferred me to a master technician. Explained to him everything we’ve done to date. Made sure all tabs were in tact, 4 screws were in fresh food evaporator cover. All door seals are healthy. Test 4 passed, as well as all thermistor tests.
