Found that the alignment of the door off (ff and fz doors flush with each other at top and middle but 1/8” off at the bottom). Tech found no adjustment on hinges and called techline. Checked unit for errors and found F8E1 LO Flo (no water detected entering the unit). F0E1 load detected during the clean washer cycle. F8E3 overflow condition. Tested unit in service mode and found no water entering the unit causing the error to display F8E0. Advised the customer they need to get their hot water fixed. Tech was able to start every cycle as long as cold water was selected. Tech is not able to get behind unit to check drain, outlet, and supply hoses. Found the condenser fan not running, has 120v going to the fan. Unplugged unit for 2-3 minutes fans did not come back on.Will need the evap and condenser fan. Complaint that the unit is not cleaning very well from day one. Checked the install and found installed correctly. Checked the unit for errors and found a F8E2 electrical drain problem. Tested unit in service mode and found when drain the drain pump would run and not drain the water fast enough. When the pump was running there was an abnormal buzzing sound from the pump. Checked for obstructions and found none. Unit needs drain pump.
