CC that the water dispenser is leaking. Removed the top cover to the door checked the waterline to the dispenser, reattached the line. Still dripped. Removed the front cover to the control checked the waterline at the dispenser, reattached the waterline. Checked the vavle and it started to drip. Water started to drip after 5 minutes. Customer installed new container and stated the ice is still not dispensing. Checked unit and found the motor to work but the coupling between the bin and motor was jumping. Complaint that the unit is not heating. Tested unit using the magic cup and found no lights indicating the units mag is not emitting the microwaves. Set unit for a longer time and found the lights on the cup to light every so often not as constant as they should. Unit needs Mag and Inverter. Quoted customer for repair and they would like to speak with whirlpool before ordering parts. Customer supplied with the consumer line and they will let us know
