Issues with ice is the freezer were caused by old style drain grommet. Replaced grommet with new style drain tube from truck stock. While having the refrigerator pulled out, found smart valve leaking. Office to order smart valve. Used steamer to repair door gasket. Door was open slightly from drain freezing over anf keeping door open, allowing room temp air to enter freezer and frost up. The washer is a very loud in a high-speed spend I found the main bearings are failing and water is leaking through the machine needs bearings stater rotor and sensor. again cust didn’t think it would be a serious issue/expensive.
