CC that the unit was full of smoke and the door will not staying shut when clothes are in the dryer. Customer has foil style vent advised the customer that it’s a potential fire hazard to replace with a semi rigid or rigid vent. Found a lint fire in the cabinet. The lint screen was covered in wax from the fabric softener, cleaned the screen. Advised cust to clean the lint screen with soap and water. Vacuumed out the dryer. Found the thermal fuse, open. Replaced the fuse and latch from t/s. Optest ok. ; used 1 279570 (LATCH), 1 TJ93240 (ZOOM SPOUT), and 1 WP3390719 (THERMAL FUSE)
