Let customer know whirlpool does not recommend the store thermometers. They can take a longer while to reach set temp and not accurate. At 350 the customers thermometers were reaching 350*. Let customer know temps will drop when food added in and when opening door. Also heating elements do not stay in 100% of the time. They will cycle on and off. Went over with customer that unit is fine and working properly. Unit is working as designed."
