Found machine not running and at room temp. Reset power. Machine started. Found ff evap solid ice. Removed all shelves and cover and used steamer to clear ice. Found evap thermister installed on top suction line radius. Per ser pointer, moved to evap outlet and tightened bracket. Outlet is a 2 prong not grounded outlet. Advised customer that she will need electrician to replace with correct grounded outlet. Also found water line leaking behind machine from water line. Sent pic of floor. Cut off end of line and replaced compression fitting. Ran diag, all loads operating. Op test ok.; Job Cmpltd
