Customer complaint that unit does not fill with hot water on normal cycle , Control has been replaced, customer states now that cycle times are not correct and unit still doesn’t fill with hot water, customer states whirlpool told him correct part number is w11051515, this part subs to w11201286 in marcone look up, box control came in has part number w11201286, part number on control in box is w11195087, part number installed in unit is w11195087, started normal wash cycle, called whirlpool techline spoke with Steve, ran diagnostics no error codes found, started test cycle, control is sending 120vac to hot water valve, hot water valve opened, whirlpool techline deemed unit is operating as designed file number 7720991959, customer does not agree,
