The unit was not pluged in. I was not able to accurately determine what is wrong with the fridge but if I were to guess the evaporator most likely has a hole and the freon leaked out. But I cannot say that for sure. The compressor is drawing over an amp there's no heat transfer also did not see the frost pattern forming on the evaporator. I recommended to customer to leave the unit plugged in for 24 hours and then have us come out and look.;

Customer is experiencing a high pitch sound coming from the dispenser UI. Customer states that this is the 5th unit have have gotten like this between kitchenaid and Jennair. The sound goes away if the engery saver is selected and when the door is open. Checked the units outlet and found correct and grounded and dedicated to the unit. Tried connecting to another outlet and found the same result. Called and spoke to Dustin at techline sr# 7719949243 who stated that if the customer has had a few different units and has changed parts in the other unit then changing any part in this unit would do no different. Per tech line the issue in the incoming line voltage noise causing the issue. Tech did check at another outlet and found the same result. Customers complaint is that she still believes that oil is coming from the gearcase because a sears tech told her that. Checked unit for errors and found a F5E1 lid open fault. Customer stated that this happens on every cycle that is set for warm water and med-ex light soil level. Customer states that if she uses the bulky cycle with a warm water and heavy soil level the clothing is fine. Checked under unit for oil and found none. Removed the agitator and found clear. Filled unit and agitated to look for oil spots and found water clear. Advised the customer that using too much detergent can cause spots on the clothing resembling oil. Advised the customer to use no more than two tablespoons of detergent. Tech is not able to locate or duplicate any type of oil substance. ustomer compliant is that the units pro dry led doesnt turn on and the lower dish rack wheels keep falling off. Checked unit and ran a UI led test and found the pro dry led not turning on. Checked the lower rack and found the wheels not snapping into place. Unit will need a new UI and lower rack wheel asm.
