Tested blower motor. Blower is working normally. This unit has a separate fan that runs when micro is on. CC that when doing sensor cooking she sometimes gets a high humidity warning on display. Called whirl TL, Joel, 7721054691. He said that message is not an error, but advises customer that humidity is too high at the moment to do sensor cooking. He advises running blower fan and then try again in a little while, or use timed. Ran diag and checked humidity sensor and ntc sensor. Values were within specs. TL said unit operating as designed. Customer complaint that outside of oven is too hot, started bake for 500 degrees, oven door gasket is in good condition, oven door outside temperature ranging from 140 - 190 degrees, found service pointer addressing oven door being hot to touch, pointer say to replace oven door, part number given is no longer available, called whirlpool safety department gave diagnosis, safety said to call techline to see what outside temperature of oven should be, called whirlpool techline spoke with Austin, glasses are allowed to reach 170 degrees, techline says door is available just not stocked, recommends replacing door, customer does not want repair at this time
