Explain to her she needs to find the proof of purchase before I can cover anything under warranty. Customer had multiple issues with the washing machine one of them being a temperature concern I explained to her that the water valves have a temperature sensor built into the valve itself allowing it to correctly add the proper amount of hot and cold water. Customer is also having a washing issue I explained to her that the method of loading this washer is completely different than the older style so I explained to her that she needs to be very particular on the loading method of this washer keep things in a small loose ball/ pile do not enter lock the clothes together keep it's a very even fabrics with fabrics you put something in the front put something in the back left rights etc. I recommend the customer to use only HE soap and
