When pulling dryer out of closet I found the foil style vent pinched behind washer and with more than 5 90degree bends restricting airflow, customer had semi rigid metal vent behind foil vent that had not been stretched yet, removed foil style vent replaced with semi rigid vent, found tco open, replaced tco op test good, found a bracket holding one of the coils in the element broke allowing coil to sag, unit needs new element assembly ; ordrng 1 WP8182528 (element)

CC that you sent the control on a cycle and it goes to a different cycle and the spin cycle is loud. When setting the cycle to a white load the control goes to a clean wash cycle.
