Removed evap cover to check that the drain hole was clear and that the water is going into the drain pan. There was a wire on the heater put the wire inside the drain hole. Complaint that the unit is not draining. Checked unit and didnt find any standing water and the drain working. Tested a normal wash and canceled the cycle to check a full drain while inspecting the drain hose finding it properly installed with a loop. Checked the errors and found a 8-1 slow drain, 6-4 open float, and 5-1 door stuck open error. Checked the float and found ok. Checked and found a lot of debris in the filter housing. Allowed the unit to complete a service cycle and found to complete without error. Advised the customer to use a cleaner to eliminate the odor and to clean filters. Complaint that the unit doesnt wash the clothing. Checked unit for errors and found nothing stored. Tested unit in manual test mode and found all functions working properly. Tech advised the customer that per what they are washing and finding the right cycle that works best can sometimes take some trial and error. Tech also advised the customer that by changing any part would not correct the issue they are experiencing. Customer expressed that they are not happy with the unit and wish someone would have told them more about the unit before they bought it.
