Customer stated unit will make a boom sound periodically, ran service tests, cycling each function on and did not produce sound, heard a “cabinet pop” sound and customer said that’s it, essentially insulation has degraded slightly, causing cabinet to have room for expansion and contraction, explained to customer, there is no recourse for this issue, should not affect operation of the unit, advised to monitor temperatures, but other than sound being an annoyance, there appears to be no issues.; Job Cmpltd
