Customer complaint that unit makes alot of wierd noises and not filling with enough water, ran diagnostics found f5e3(lid unlock fault) error code, ran manual test cycle, lid locks and unlocks, ran heavy agitate and high speed spin, no unusual noises heard, started normal wash cycle, unit filled up to normal water level and advanced to agitate, unit is operating as designed, advised customer that a load size equals 6-7 bath towels and to only use 1-2 tablespoons of H.E detergent, also noticed customer has foil style vent tube connected to dryer, advised customer that this is a potential fire hazard and they should replace it with a rigid metal or solid metal vent tube ; Job Cmpltd

Found fz section around 20f. Bottom of evap no lo ger sweating. Tapped system. Unit is about five in vac. Gave unit a booster charge. Advused to monitor unit for 24 hrs. Is unit recovers and temps go back to normal evap will need to be replaced.
