When we arrived, unit was running, cc of running too hot and intermittent noise, did not observe noise, watched burner and observed cycles, unit was set to high heat and cycled as follows: approximately 1.5 minutes on and 1 minute off, consistently, checked exhaust temp, got 114.6F, per tech sheet should be around 115F, unit appears to be functioning adequately, as for top of unit being hot, only measured around 90F, venting is semi-rigid and consists of approximately three 6' pieces duct taped together, recommend vent cleaning, op test ok.; Job Cmpltd

Check all lines and joints in the compressor compartment and found no signs of oil. Unit needs evap and compressor. Found temps around 22 in fz and 40 in ff. Unit set to max cooling. Removed machien compartment cover. All checks good. Good heat on condenser. Found evap is frosted over however the heater was sweating. Wrapped copper wire around heater. Wire was warm to the touch. Unit appears to be running defrost and cooling at the same time. Shut unit down from power supply and restarted. Let run. Heater nno longer warm. Advised to monitor for 24 hrs. If cooling does not return to normal please contact us back
