Complaint that the unit is not spinning fast enough. Checked unit for errors and found none stored. Ran a self test cycle, op test good. Tested a drain and spin and found a a good spin. Tech did notice that there were a lot of suds in the unit when going through the self test. Unit has an auto feed dispenser set at x2 for the concentration and normal hardness for water. Checked and found the water very hard (425 ppm). Suggested to customer to try the unit with out the self dispensing unit and only use 2tbls of detergent as suds could cause the unit to not spin fast enough (causing the basket to bind). Unit appears to be working at normal op. Tech yelled out to customer several times and was not able to find anyone. Complaint that the unit is burning dishes (leaving a black marking). Checked unit and found a stored 10-1 dispenser electrical problem. Ran unit in a service test cycle and and the unit to suds up to the point where is leaked. Found suds caused by rinse aid and with excessive suds could cause poor rotation in the spray arm in return causing poor water circulation. Found the water temp at the sink to be 136degs (too hot). Advised the customer to lower the temp setting on their hot water tank to recommended. Unit will need a new dispenser due to leaking rinse aid and tech also noticed that the start led is very dim on the control compared to the other leds.
