Horrible service. They sent me two 10 year olds on a service call for why my washer continually smells moldy ( and STILL does today) and I was told, quote “don’t all washers smell??” I suggested there must be a leak and was also told “ if there was a leak you’d have a puddle of water on the floor.“ NOT TRUE. It’s Obviously an internal leak somewhere, ( which they refused to check for) probably very tiny not to puddle but enough to create moldy mildew odor. I was also told they don’t cover leaks! It’s UNDER WARRANTY! I will be calling them back!

Your technician was less than pleasant. He was aggravated when I asked what was wrong. He left with the new pump. When I ran down to the basement to see if the washer was fixed I discovered it still had a very heavy drip leak and there was no water in the wash tub so therefore he didn’t even run the water to make sure it was draining. Which was one of the reasons he was there. He yelled at me when I ran out to catch him before he left that it already close the work order and what was he supposed to do about it now

I was very disappointed by the service provided last night for the diagnosis of the issue with our dishwasher. It was incredibly rushed and each diagnosis was rushed and seemed to suggest that we were doing something incorrectly with our dishwasher. I can run diagnostics myself, I don’t need someone to come to run that for me, after suggesting that we don’t do a rinse cycle enough and that it’s impossible for a coil to go bad, etc. It felt like I had to keep pushing for the tech to actually spend time looking further into the issue. Also, the scheduler did a poor job of assigning too many jobs on the same day to that tech, as my appt almost an hour after the original 3 hour window.

Six Service Visits But Still Does Not Work

Six (6) visits, two part replacements (one was the lid lock still does not lock) and it still not working with the added bonus of no agitation. And they wanted me to change my medical appt for them. No can do my life depends on my medical treatments. Just like my hygiene depends on clean bedding and clothes. Washer has been serviced since the beginning of October 2019 and still not fixed.

Called and made an appointment for a leaking washer (purchased 5 months ago). Technician was there less than 15 minutes, completed a diagnostic and said nothing was showing up, did NOT complete a wash cycle, decided that the detergent tray must not have been aligned properly, and left. I ran a load immediately and, of course, it still leaked- called the company back right away. Customer service representative was extremely rude - told me the technician would NOT be coming back out that day, and I would need to schedule another appointment. Now, I took a day off work to be there for the first appt - the technician had just left ... she never apologized for the inconvenience, she never offered to contact the technician in case he had a cancelation or finished early for the day - so he could come back out. She acted as if I was being unreasonable by calling because the problem had not been resolved. I work in customer service, this is NOT the way to treat a customer. Very unhappy with the service thus far - will send an update after my next appointment - a week away, another day off of work, and hopefully my new vinyl plank flooring will not be ruined. Not happy.

Even though my oven was working when Corina came (after 4 days of not working of course!), she spent the time to determine possible causes, ordered parts to correct those issues (I was able to return what wasn’t needed), and came back in time to correct the issue the day before Thanksgiving. I gave “pricing” an average rating as I have no idea whether the parts/labor were priced high or low. My husband is pretty handy and generally can identify and correct mechanical issues.

Upon scheduling service for my 4 month old Maytag washer that wouldn’t turn on, the scheduling and ordering of parts shipped to my door prior to the scheduled appointment was efficient and easy with great follow up via email and text. BUT... the tech failed to make a connection and resulted in malfunction so I had to reschedule and wait another 5 days for the sane tech to come back and reconnect properly. So, the washer works great now but really should’ve been serviced properly the first time. So satisfactory is all I can rate my experience. Always purchase the extended warranty like I did!!

Interface Replaced

Corina, as far as I know, did a fine job replacing the interface. However, I was SHOCKED to see a comment she wrote that my washer and dryer are located in a bathroom. This is not true! You can see on the blueprint and the room setup that they are in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom. She said this is a high humidity area but the hygrometer in the area says the humidity is 35%! There is a bathtub she could see I use as a clothes hamper. So there is no bath water or showering in the area! It is NOT a high humidity area. I keep things lower in humidity as I am highly allergic to mold and mildew. I do not think a repair person should be allowed to judge the humidity of a room based on inference. I think it is likely washers located in basements are possibly in higher humidity areas. I think what she wrote is to make you think I contribute to the problems my washer has but I do NOT!
