Complaint that the unit will only wash on normal and now not starting on any other cycle. Customer told Tech that the hot water is not being used that a repair needs done. Checked unit for errors and found F8E1 LO Flo (no water detected entering the unit). F0E1 load detected during the clean washer cycle. F8E3 overflow condition. Tested unit in service mode and found no water entering the unit causing the error to display F8E0. Advised the customer they need to get their hot water fixed. Tech was able to start every cycle as long as cold water was selected. Tech is not able to get behind unit to check drain, outlet, and supply hoses. CC that there is a gas leak and has a fire dept saying there is CO. Turned the gas line on, checked the top burners, flames are nice and blue. Used soap bubbles on the gas line when lightning the oven, no leaks there. The flame in the oven is nice and blue. Office to order CO tester for returning tech.
