Cc that there was a loud noise coming from the freezer section. They had shut down unit and defrosted it. Also stated that there was frost on the back wall. Possible a defrost issue. Unit is able to defrost at this time. Bimetal and thermistors check good. Likely cust fixed the issue by shutting the unit down and defrosting it. Advised to monitor and if issue return we will come back out.
