Customer complaint that unit is not rinsing clothes, ran diagnostics found f8e1( no water detected entering unit) error codes, cleared codes, ran test cycle, door locked, unit filled, unit agitated, unit drained and spun, no error codes after test cycle, found drain hose stuffed way down into drain, corrected, advised customer that a load size equals 6-7 bath towels and to only use 1-2 tablespoons of H.E detergent, unit is operating as designed, also noticed customer has foil style vent tube connected to dryer, advised customer that this is a potential fire hazard and they should replace it with a rigid metal or solid metal vent tube
