Checked for supply voltages on control. Voltages are present. Called TL, Dave, 7719889128. He said to check for 120v on MS2 when door locks. Should have 120v for 1 sec. voltage is present. Checked for 3-5 volts on MI3 pins 1-3, 5v dc present. Voltages from ccu are present. Will need new mcu and also door lock as door may have been forced open. Tech was able to remive dryer, but return visit will require 2 people to lift dryer back onto washer. Office to order parts. Found tech is not able to drop unit by himself. Unit is to heavy and will require two techs for service. Rediagnosed. Unable to access control ordered with out dropping unit.
