The rotor was starting to melt the floor pan that I was sitting on no damage was done to the rotor floor pan needs to be replaced. I recommended the customer just to remove the floor pan it is in the basement so it's not needed. The one thing noticed is a slow drain, there is a lg amount of debris in the drain area of the sump, and on the screen, found tooth picks, broken glass, and grease, removed all of it, seems to be draining now, no leaking fm the unit was ev was ever observed. There's a lot of smoke damage inside the oven most likely a bake element unfortunately I'm not sure how to get to the bake element or where the wires are the schematic shows the bake ele comes out the front but it looks like there are bake prongs in the rear when you take the back off and the mid prongs r open I spoke with Greg a senior tech is to return to read diagnosed the machine
