Found condensation and frost around freezer fan and condensation in ff section on air tower where cold air comes from freezer. Removed evap cover. Found ball of ice on evap below cap tube on evap inlet. Removed ice . Checked drain. Water goes into pan. Door gaskets sealing good and liner is sealed. Turned unit on. Fan running at normal speed with good air movement. Evap thermister is plastic updated one but tie wrap was loose that secures it to suction line. Installed new tie wrap and tightened therm against suction line. Called whirl TL, Steve, 7720559554 . He said to check for a complete frost patern on evap to make sure it is not sealed system issue. Also, check for duck bill on end of drain tube. Removed and cleaned out duck bill, was clogged up. Frost pattern good on evap. Temp was at 0 deg in freezer. Optest ok.; Job Cmpltd,

Customer informed me that the oven was taking too long to bake food and that the power burners were set too high, often burning her food. Tested oven at 350 and it kept the temperature regulated well. Installed grounding wire to burner, tightened screws to burner for better grounding, and polarity is correct at outlet.
