Checked test 56 and found no errors. Customer concern is that the unit will not maintain a constent temp and is concerned because their thermometer reads up to 50degs sometimes. Tech advised the customer that the thermometer is measuring the air temp when what should be measured is the temp of the contents. Unit is plugged in to a nongrounded receptacle, recommended cust have a properly grounded receptacle installed by a qualified professional. Customers complaint is that the unit was filling at a slow drip when not in use. Checked unit and found unit not filling while not in use. Customer stated that the unit seems to be ok and that it had stopped on its own. Customer had tech take a look at the unit just to make sure there isnt an issue. Tested unit in a normal cycle and filled with warm water to activate both the hot and cold valves. While unit was filling tech unplugged unit and found water to stop. Tested several times and was not able to duplicate the issue.
