"Cc unit leaking from the burner heads, verified and pulled unit out turned gas on and no smell, turned all burners on and off noticed that some of them had dry powder on them, pushed the unit back and smell the gas, pulled out and no smell, landlord came he confirmed that there was no gas smell coming from the unit itself but coming from the back when the unit gets pushed back, no issues found with the unit, advise customer to replace the gas line and if they smell gas to call the gas company so they can pinpoint the leak."
