Oven will not turn on it is receiving power customer explained to me her husband remove the heating element with the power on. Caused a arc of power when the element bumped against the cabinets as he was removing it fried the electronic control. I had to pull the dishwasher out a little bit it was rubbing against the cabinets not allowing the door to shut properly. Customers complaint is that the unit is frosting up on the rt side of the freezer. Checked service matters and found a service pointer W10842568 in regards to this issue. Followed the servoce pointer and found the door alighned and the fz door basket proerly installed. Tech did fint the upper rt corner of the gasket not sealing. Per the service pointer if the gasket is not uniform and has failed to have good compression anywhere the gasket needs replaced. There is also a servoce kit to help reduce the chance of frost. Ordering gasket and service kit.
