Checked error codes, f8e1 long fill/no fill, cc is unit cutting off still, mid cycle, ran test cycle, drained fine, started a normal wash and observed, hung on sense without doing anything, then timed out and cut off, went into a drain loop, checked errors after, f8e1 long fill/no fill, called Techline, spoke with Chris, checked pressure hose, no obstructions or holes found, checked supply pressure, 75psi, good, started another wash to see if unit would time out again, it did, checked voltage to valves, 120 when running proper, 70 volts to cold when not functioning and timing out, needs new control, must have received a bad board, given the voltage to the valve, I am ordering a new valve assembly as well; ordrng 1 W11025447 (CNTRL-ELEC) and 1 W11038711 (VALVE ASSEMBLY)

Customers complaint is that the unit just continues to run when not in use. Found unit not plugged in. Applied power and found the drain pump to run. Canceled drain and checked for errors. Found no stored errors which can indicate that there was an over suds issue (will not always store as an error). Tested unit i manual test mode and found a good fill pressure and when in agitate a lot of suds. Instructed customer on detergent useage and that they should use no more that 2tbls to prevent suds.
