Ran diag f1e1 REPLACE OVEN APPLIANCE MANAGER. Removed front panel, could not get to the controls board the top burners the screws are stripped, which the need to be drilled out. Called TG and had me jump the cooling fan fuse, which the bake igniter light for 30 sec then turned off. Will need a new cooling fan, fuse, all the orfice holders, burners, and the appliance manger. CC that there is water leaking into the ff from the fz. Removed cover on evap. Found the drain pan was solid ice. Used the steamer to steam the drain pan and tube out. Found a starburst wrapper in the drain hole causing the water to not go down the drain tube. Pulled unit out, water is going down the drain tube. Advised cust to replace the plastic waterline with a copper or a flex line. Took pic. Of water line. Optest ok. ; Job Cmpltd

Unit is making a clicking sounds i took the front off I inspected the front seal the rear seal of the drum for screws or imperfections I looked at the rollers the belts the idol or pulley did not find anything wrong. Reassembled the Frontz took the back part inspected the fan looks fine there's nothing in there reassembled the dryer started it the noise is still present I took the front apart again*was not able to locate the sound. The sound appears to be coming from the top left side of the dryer the clicking sound is at the same pace as the drum spinning possibly the drum is warped needs new drum; ordrng 1 W10757750 (DRUM),
