Found quarter size hole in bottom of the rear outer tub assembly. Turn drum hear rattling of something inbetween the tubs. This repair would not be covered under the warrany because of object in between tubs. Needs rear tub,drain pump,(hole is right above where pump is mounted and pump motor got soaked at least twice). Complaint of unit going off balance. Checked errors and found a F0E5 (off blance load) F7E7 (motor unable to reach target RPM). Tested unit with a large comforter on a rinse and spin. Complaint is that the unit is not dispensing cold water. Cheked the ff temps and found between 46-50 on a setting of 4 and the fz -5deg on a setting of 4. Checked the water temp and found at 62 degs out of the dispenser and 70 degs out of the kitchen faucet. Advised the customer that in the summer time the water will be warmer and that the water temp will not be ice cold due to the heat the unit generates and how the fz section was set.
