Customer left a black magic marker in pocket and it broke apart.advised customer that this would not be covered by whirl. Customer tried various chemicals to remove. Advised customer that this will not affect operation once ink is baked on. Customer tried a weak acetone solution and this took most of the ink off without damaging drum or rear bulkhead.
