Customer complaint that unit does not fill with water, and flashes error code after ten minutes of cycle, explained to customer that this is a high efficiency washer and that water level is normal for this machine, advised customer that a load size equals 6-7 bath towels and to only use 1-2 tablespoons of H.E detergent, ran diagnostics found f0e3(overload), f8e1(long/no fill), and f2e1(stuck key), all buttons on user interface are working, started normal wash cycle, unit filled then stopped and necer advanced in wash cycle, preformed valve test found hot water valve soleniod and fabric softer valve solenoid out of range, unit needs new valve assembly, also noticed customer has foil style vent tube connected to dryer, advised customer that this is a potential fire hazard and they should replace it with a rigid metal or solid metal vent tube; ordrng 1 W11165546 (VALVE), schdld next appmnt for 9/21
