Confirmed cc, temperature was at 85* looked in back and saw some oil from the drier filter so I tapped system and charged unit with nitrogen and saw drier filter was cracked around bottom part. Had drier in truck so decided to do the sealed system, discharged R600a added a process tube to the compressor and added a new drier filter put unit into a 29 vacuum waited to make sure it would hold and it did and charged unit with 1.59oz of R600a. Recommended customer to wait at least 24hrs for proper cooling.; used 1 W11109499 (Drier) from stock"

"Cc unit not cooling in either section Customer stated she has had this unit in storage for several years, just now installed and turned it on. Did not cool. Found both sections at room temperature, compressor is running. No heat on discharge, compressor amp draw reading. .45a. Unit has a refrigerant leak. Quoted customer SS diagnosis and repair cost. Pressure checked system with 140 psi of nitrogen and bubble solution. Did not detect any leaks at this time. Advised customer we can try installing a UV filter drier and recharge the system, but possibly exists that unit has an internal leak. Installed UV filter drier. Pulled vacuum on system to 29 in/hg. Held vacuum. Recharged system with 5.5oz. Of r 134a. Low side pressure stable at 1 psi, good heat on discharge. Unit starting to cool. Advised customer to monitor. Note: Customer is tax exempt. ; used 1 WPW10143759 (DRIER) from stock"
