Complaint that the unit is not going through the cycles and that it displays a code. Checked the errors i diagnostics and found nothing stored. Ran the unit through a self test and found no cold water into the unit. Checked and found the cold water off due to being on a split and the second side not hooked up to anything. Closed the open side of the sliter and continued the test, op test good. Unit now back at normal op. Cust has a foil accordion style vent hose attached to dryer (see pic). Explained the fire hazard associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semi­rigid metal hose to prevent fire hazard. Collected 97.15 on 297861; Job Cmpltd,
