Customers complaint is that the unit's upper oven is not heating correctly (unit reaches temp and then doesnt keep the temp). Called customer 25mins ahead of time to have him start a preheat at 350degs. When tech arrived the unit had just finished the preheat and found the units temp at 325-350degs. Tech let unit cycle and during that time could not locate a model number tag on the unit. Tech found no issue with the unit heating. Tech advised the customer that the unit needs preheated for a extra 20-25mins after the unit says its pre heated. Customer asked tech to check a higher temp so tech canceled the current bake cycle and set for 400degs. Let unit reach temp and found the temps good. Unit working at normal op. , Job Cmpltd,

Customers complaint is that the unit is not drying the dishes. Checked unit for errors and found a stored F5E1 door stuck open. Tested unit in diagnostics and found the heater to be pulling 3amps. Checked the water temp and found to be the inlet 90degs. Advised the customer to run the water the sink first before starting the unit. Checked and found the rinse aid working.
