The unit was not spinning or agitating properly I found the transmission was not attached to the pedestal mounts. I disassembled the washer I reassembled it to make sure no parts were damaged. found that one of the transmission bolts are missing so I use the motor bracket bolts in replace of the transmission bolts. Now for the missing motor bolt i used a nuts and bolts from my van to get the unit working unit tested good. Technical Service Pointer #: W10916291 frost in the frezor I did not replace the gasket due to the fact of want to remove this type of gasket out of the door it separates the inner and the outer liner and takes the insulation with the gaskets as you remove the gasket from the door. Started timed dry cycle, heat element cycled properly, temperatures are in normal range, used amp meter to determine power draw, unit drawing 26A when heater is cycling, examined heater, not sagging, ohmed fine, checked all connections to timer down to motor, inspected back plane, all connections look good, no signs of shorts or damage, spoke with BJ while diagnosing, he said to check if the breaker is warm, it is, based on his experience this means the breaker is failing, spoke with customer about it, he said electrician fairly certain that the breaker was good, warm breaker is all we can find at this point, customer is going to have electrician back out, leaving ticket open for now

Found ff evap is solid ice. Called TL, Leon, 7719619170. He agreed that we should replace fan and harness assembly and also UI, since this is the board that monitors thermisters. He also said to run step 4-5 and make sure no freon is leaking into ff evap when valve is in frz evap position. Used steamer to clear ice. Ran step 4. Valve is working properly. No leakage into ff evap. Office to order other parts. Verified pop. Sent pic.Found door locked and when plugged in drain pump starts running and display flashing F3E1. Opened door and removed clothes. Code is for water level error. Removed back and checked pressure hose from sensor to tub. Checks ok and not obstructed. Ohmed out sensor wiring from sensor to control. Wiring checks good.
