Ran diagnostics and no error codes tried a manual spin good and a manual agitation good as well did find that they had drain hose stuck inside the utility tub drain where it doesnt have any air gap which can cause issues and definitely cause issues with draining because the drain pipe fills up too quick and cant hold the speed of all the water that is draining out from the washer so I fixed that and ran an auto test and passed as should, asked customer for some clothes to start a cycle to see what it would do and it work as should did notice that the customer was holding the button to start it which Im pretty sure what was causing the issue unit working as designed opt test good."

Cc that some times clothes will take 2 times to dry on a heavy. Verified by running unit and left it running for about 25mins and was kicking on and off as should and heating perfectly all the way to 184* and down to 144* and back up again since this is a gas dryer I was watching for the coils but they were opening and closing as should. Vent did seem weak from where I was looking at because it was high and couldnt get to it but they said there landlord cleaned it out but not sure how he did it. I cant find anything wrong with dryer its functioning as should. Talked to tenant and she said unit was not doing that before so I told her it has to be the vent or too much clothes in the dryer cant think of anything else I explained to her to make sure with landlord to get someone to clean out vent properly and go from there because I cant duplicate any issues. Gave them Dryer vent Wizard number fir landlord.
