Complaint that the unit will power up but not start. Unit was unplugged when arrived. Applied power and set cycle, pressed abd held start key to find the unit to start up and run. Checked units error history and found a F0E5 out of balance error and a F2E1 UI stuck key. Cleared the errors and ran a key test to find all keys responding. Complaint that the unit was displaying lid locked with the lid up and the cycle wouldnt start. Checked and found the lid lock getting stuck and not fully retracting.
