Tightened up mounting screws, tightened up transformer, seems vibration is coming from that. Went through and made sure all screws were good, no loose connections. Put cup of water. Ran back forth a couple minutes. 2-3 mins straight and no noise. Customer to monitor but unit seems to just had a vibration. Good. Op Test Ok."

Verified and found float switch tray with some water in it causing the issue, removed it and dried it up reinstalled it and tested unit to see if it was just water pressure that caused it from being a new install or it was leaking from somewhere. Ran unit for about 20mins and no leaks at all but did notice tub seal was kind of kinked on one side so I replaced it and asked customer to monitor for now because it couldve been just from when they installed it water that might of leaked when water line was installed or just the pressure when it first started up but as of now unit is working as should and no leaks."
