Followed the servoce pointer and found the door alighned and the fz door basket proerly installed. Tech did fint the upper rt corner of the gasket not sealing. Per the service pointer if the gasket is not uniform and has failed to have good compression anywhere the gasket needs replaced. There is also a servoce kit to help reduce the chance of frost. Customers complaint that the clothing is coming out very tangled. Checked and found stored errors F7E0 lost power during the spin cycle. F0E5 off balance load, F2E1 UI button stuck. Checked and found that the customer has a anti flood alarm in series with the unit attached to the drain hose (see pic) designed that if the water level in the tub should reach the drain hose it cuts power to the unit. Tested the anti flood and found the unit does turn off if activated. Advised the customer that this may be an issue if the sink should backup. Customer also is plugged into a non grounder two prong outlet and was advised that the unit needs to be grounded. Tested the unit on normal wash and showed customer the level of the water to find it to fill a 1/4 way full. Tested deep water fill and found the unit to fill 3/4 way full. Pulled panel and found the fan blade hitting the housing. Repositioned and found sound to stop. Checked all connection on the compressor and drier and found no oil like substance or signs of dye. Compressor pulling between .96-1.00amps. Pulled evap cover and found a half frost pattern and a oily substance around the suction tube of the evap. Tapped sys and found to be in a 12"vac. Tested a bake on the upper oven after clearing the error and found the fan to not run. Tested the unit in service mode and found the fan to run on high speed when activated and then tested on low speed and found to run. Tested upper bake and found fan to now run. Checked and found the blade very discolored and full of dust due to grease. Found on service matters SP W10702370 stating that any F8 error the UI with different softwear may need replaced. Tech doesnt believe that the UI is needed at this time but the upper fan should be replaced.
