Customers complaint is that it takes several cycles to dry any type of load. Cust has a foil accordian style vent hose attached to dryer (see pic). Explained the fire hazard associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semiÂrigid metal hose to prevent fire hazard. Checked the airflow outside and found good temps and airflow. Ran the unit in self diagnostics and found unit to pass all test. Checked the temp at the outside exhaust and found 152 degrees. Customer using mostly auto dry cycles and tech advised that the auto dry cycles are not designed to dry loads completely to prevent fabric damage. The customer is having an issue with how easy it is to turn the gas knobs. Also all five of the gas knobs will emit gas prior to ignition so if the gas valve was turned just far enough it will dump raw gas out into the air and not ignite this issues happen once to the customer.
