Complaint of no cool. Checked unit and found the evap fan not running due to being blocked by ice. There was a lot of frost in the fz section due to door not closing all the way caused by the left rail/slide. Ran test 6 and found the defrost bimetal closed and the heater working. Cleared ice around the fan and tested, op test ng. Found the damper and the fan not turning on. Found no voltage to the fan. Unit needs main control. Complaint that the unit is not cooling properly in both sections. Checked previous cfc work done and the compressor to have a valve brazed on the lowside process. Placed lowside gauge on compressor and found in a 2" vac. Added half a charge and found improvement in the pressure and frost patteren. Found temps around 22 in fz and 40 in ff. Unit set to max cooling. Removed machien compartment cover. All checks good. Good heat on condenser. Found evap is frosted over however the heater was sweating. Wrapped copper wire around heater. Wire was warm to the touch. Unit appears to be running defrost and cooling at the same time. Complaint that the unit displays F8E2 dispenser motor error. Verified error and preformed the steps in the tech sheet. Found the linkage good and the motor resistance checking pin 1-3 at DI6 on the ccu at 1,500ohms (1400-1600 good). Tested the quick diagnostics and looked for the motor to move and return to position 1 (pre wash), op test good. Tested the unit in a normal wash after clearing the error and found good op and not able to duplicate the problem.
