Looked underneath and everything looked good but I replaced the actuator and cam because of the fault code and recommended customer to not overload washer 6 to 8 regular bath towels for a full load and 2 tablespoons of detergent to wash clothes. Cc that dishes are still wet at the end of the cycle. Ran diagnostics and no faults so I ran a test to make sure heater was functioning and it was. Also made sure vent fan ohmed out in range and it did it had 32kohms. Explained to customer that this dishwasher is plastic inside so it will buildup moisture inside with the steam so I recommended her to use rinse aid to help dry the dishes and would not recommend plastic bowls because they will not dry unit working as designed opt test good.

Checked lint trap and it was good so ai went outside the home checked vent while dryer was running and airflow was weak. "Cc that unit will preheat to 350* and shut off and wont kick back on. Ran diagnostics and found no fault codes, so I did a reset on the control and tested unit myself by preheating the oven to 350* and then waited about 10 to 15mins after preheat to see if it would stay off or if it would ignite and continue to cycle but noticed igniter would spark multiple times causing it to stop and retry and sometimes not igniting at all causing the issue customer is having. Removed burner cover in oven to try to adjust the igniter to see if it would help. Adjusted igniter and tested unit again and now its igniting on the first spark explained to customer what I did and if any issues to give us a call opt test good."
