Comp that when baking using standard bake mode, everything bakes fine, however, when using convection bake, using all 3 racks, the top rack gets completely done, but the middle and bottom racks do not get completely done. Referred to use & care manual, for convection bake when using 3 racks, the racks should be in positions 1, 3, and 5, the lower racks are in the correct position, the top rack is 1 position too high, moved the top rack to the recommended position. Init svc test iaw tech sheet, no faults or errors present. Ran all tests, passed. Started a conv bake cycle @ 350, with no temp adjustment, @ 1227 with a baking sheet on center rack position 3, pre-heated to set temp @ 1235. Checked temp on baking sheet @ 1300, reading 361, checked the temp display in diagnostics, showing same temp, oven appears to be operating just as it was designed to operate by the manufacturer. CC that the unit is not washing the dishes. Per ser bul DD08-16, upper rack not docking with rear conduit due to bowing in tank. Tested docking with rear conduit. Found a 1/2 in gap in docking port. Right side of tank is bowed in slightly causing this issue. Per ser bul, replaced docking cone with updated part. Also, lowerwash arm is slightly separated. Will need new arm. Also, CC that machine starts and then shuts off within 10 min. Reset power and ran diag. No error codes. Ran tests within diag. All functions normal. Ran normal cycle. Not shutting off now. Replaced the control. Still did not correct the problem . Voltage at outlet is correct. Voltage on terminal block is L1 to N, 4 v.. L2 to N,230v.. replaced dryer cord purchased at home depot. Still not working.. called EB.. hooked up test box to L1 and neutral.. control panel now lights up and dryer runs. This proves that problen is in house electric line. Will need a qualified electrician to replace line. Office to refund all but sc. brought back control for return to vendor.,
