Customer showed me a video for me to hear but its not to where I can identify where the sound is coming from and hes not sure either. Ran unit for a while to see if I could duplicate sound but I could not duplicate sound unit is making ice perfectly fine drain pump runs good also the inlet valve and everything else sounds good, the only thing that I explained to the customer that could be making the sound is the circulation pump when it is circulating and theres no more water in pan until it shuts off but nothing else seems to be making any noise and I cant guess whats wrong. Confirmed cc, sounded like loose metal so I took apart u it and checked all screws and components and I did find idler pulley kind of worn out so I used repair kit from truck stock and replaced belt, rollers and idler pulley installed everything back together tested unit and it was still making the sound found that the legs needed to be adjusted than noise stopped opt test good. Explained to customer if it happens again its just how the floor dips and when you open and close the door the unit unbalances itself and cabinet starts squeaking but unit is working as designed."

Tested again unit started spinning, monitored for a few min and tested multiple time. My assumption was corrosion on motor wires, lubed wires with dielectric grease. Opt test good"
