Unplugged motor to ohms test the high med low windings, all tested pretty close to manufacture recommend ohms.(even being 20 years old) plugged back in went to the timer. Tested again unit started spinning, monitored for a few min and tested multiple time. My assumption was corrosion on motor wires, lubed wires with dielectric grease. Opt test good"

Took apart freezer again to verify frost pattern and it has a perfect frost pattern, so I called tech line and spoke with Joe explained issue and after gathering some info he asked me to verify the condenser and when i looked underneath unit it was clogged up with dog hair and dust Joe said that had to be the problem because everything else seems fine so he said to clean it out good and have customer monitor to see if thst helps.
