"Explained to the client that her model of washing machine does not have a removable agitator. Tested the water valves to see why the trays remain full of water after they dispense. Water valves are opening and closing just fine however, testing the water pressure on the sink. Client does have low water pressure. This could be due to the reverse osmosis system, plugged into the same line as the washer. Sometimes these systems have a max pressure that they can work at. She will need a plumber to take a look at her set up. Parts were already open when I arrived."

"Arrived to replace fan but found the real cause of why the heating vent is filling with water causing the issue. The water guide tube has a crack in it and spraying water towards the vent causing the heating assembly to fill with water and giving the E07 error. Explained to customer and let her know we will need to order the part cracked.
